About us

1. We believe conversation is an art

We believe conversation is the real art in social media. Joining chats, encouraging debate, engaging with people online: that's what we get excited about; that's what we do for our clients and that's what we're experts in.

2. We love what we do

Everyone says it. We mean it. Social media has humanised online marketing and for us, that's the most exciting thing that's happened in the digital industry for years. People's expectations have changed: people now need their brands to be open, honest and collaborative. What's not to love?

3. We get results for top brands, corporates and public sector bodies

We use social media to solve real business problems. The leading brands of the future are those utilising the power of social media to talk directly with their audience today. We help our clients gather information for research, manage reputations, develop new product ideas or raise awareness and online visibility.

4. We won't blind you with techno-babble

We appreciate social media tools. Wikis, blogs, microblogs, social networks, forums, the works. But we're not interested in creating or using them for their own sake. Social media tools don't provide the creativity and intelligence to engage in real human conversations online - they facilitate it.

5. We never stop learning - and we pass our knowledge on

We created the Qube Academy to make sure everybody within the company continues to remain at the top of their game. Each member of staff has an area of social media or industry expertise we present new areas of learning back to entire company. All our knowledge is stored in our company Wiki for everyone within the company to access. Oh yes, it's all very web 2.0.

6. We run and develop our own social community website

Our MD has set up his own social network alongside TV vet Marc Abraham called ThePet.net - this means we get to live and breath developing our own social media site as well as those for our clients. It's invaluable 'client side' experience.

7. Our Head of Stress Management is a ginger dog called Luka

Luka dog is a girl, not a boy, despite the confusion that causes ER fans and the French guys in the natural paint shop downstairs. To see her, check out our people pages. Although strictly speaking, she's not actually a person. But don't tell her that... well, you can if you like... but she won't actually understand you... on account of being a dog.
