What does Qube mean by Social Media?
When we talk about social media, we mean more than just the creation of apps and widgets and blogs and wikis. Much more.
We're talking about understanding how people use social media and social networks. We're talking about helping our clients to develop their business by listening to and engaging with their audiences online.

What else do you need?
… at least two years' existing web marketing or online PR experience (for mid-weight position) along with a burning desire to learn new things and throw your own creativity into the mix. And we do mean burning. Scorching even.
And you should bring some or all of the following:
…to the consultant role:
- agency experience
- client facing experience
- ability to work creatively as part of a team
- a willingness to take on creative risks and challenges
- ability to provide meaningful marketing insight and analysis
- senior consultant applicants will be expected to have a minimum three years experience at a high level, managing a team and/or large client accounts
- ability to create high-quality documentation and reports
- ability to communicate knowledge and information to people at a senior level
- confidence and experience in online communications (eg in forums, social networks), personally or professionally

What will Qube give you?
For a start, you can become part of the Qube Academy. All members of staff - including our directors - are given half a day a week to research and learn about an area of interest relevant to their job role (Google stylee).
Each week, someone presents and shares their learning back to the team. This knowledge is also added to the Qube Academy wiki, so our company knowledge is accessible for everyone at Qube.
